Registration fees by person

Cancellations

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation until May 15, 2021: refund of the full fee
• Cancellation after May 15, 2021: no refund
• Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test until June 21 (a proof will be requested): refund of the full fee
• Cancellation due to French or local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 21: refund of the full fee

Message to all those who have submitted an article to LAGV 2021.

We had a lot of submissions, and as scientific coordinator I am delighted. At the same time, this year I feel compelled to say a couple of words about the selection of papers. The scientific committee has produced a serious evaluation, and I thank them for it. It is necessary work because of our capacity constraints, which lead us to reject good papers. These constraints are stronger than ever this year because of the COVID epidemic and the health instructions which impose a half gauge in buildings.

Thank you for submitting to LAGV 2021, regardless of the outcome. Hopefully, the following editions will be less constrained.
